Hi, I’m Kiera-Rae 🤍

After some time away focusing on my career development, I’m excited to share that I’ll be moving onto my next chapter this September. This has given me the opportunity to have some free’d up time from mid-July through to September, during which I am pleased to reopen my availability for childcare services.

With my page previously being a little outdated, I felt this was the perfect time to officially relaunch Kiera-Rae’s Childcare Services.

📍 Based in Knaresborough (although happy to travel, fees may apply depending on distance)

Childcare has always been at the heart of who I am. With years of experience working with children- from new borns to 16 year olds- I’m passionate about providing safe, nurturing, and engaging care tailored to each child’s individual needs.

Qualifications & Experience:
•🎓 1st Class Degree in Childhood Development & Education
•🧸 10+ years babysitting experience
•🏡 6 years experience as a registered childminder’s assistant
•🤱 5 years ad hoc nannying
•🏫 Experience throughout my career across nurseries, primary & secondary schools
•🩹 First Aid trained
•🏥 Epipen trained
•✅ DBS checked
•📚 Additional qualifications in education & childcare
•🌟 SEND/SEMH experience and training

Whether you’re a new family or a long standing supporter- hello! I’m excited to reconnect and support families during this exciting window of availability.

Until September, I am offering:
• 🌙 Evening babysitting
• ☀️ Ad hoc childcare with Summer holiday availability

*Availability will continue past September however; I am not taking booking until I have settled into my new chapter, diary expected to be open early-mid October onwards- watch out for a post announcing such*

Things have been a little quiet on here…
What have I been up to recently? I have;
• Finished my 3 year long university degree in child development! 👩‍🎓
• Started a new Job in a secondary school! 👩‍🏫
• Completed more training such as Autism and further safeguarding training! 📖

Life’s been amazing, but so crazy at the moment! I don’t get chance to take as many day time booking with little ones anymore, so days like today spent with this little cutie are always days i love🩵🥰

Hi all, I have availability for babysitting for April onwards! 🤍

I’m based in Knaresborough and are offering a range of childcare services in the area and surrounds. I have a DBS check, clean driving licence, full first aid training, food nutrition and preparation qualification, safeguarding training, SEN training and a lot of experience caring for children! (I’m also fully covid vaccinated!) I am a registered childminders assistant and have grown up in a home where childminding takes place so been around children of all ages is something that comes naturally to me!

I’m based in Knaresborough and are offering a range of childcare services in the area and surrounds. I have a DBS check, clean driving licence, full first aid training, food nutrition and preparation qualification, safeguarding training, SEN training and a lot of experience caring for children! (I’m also fully covid vaccinated!) I am a registered childminders assistant and have grown up in a home where childminding takes place so been around children of all ages is something that comes naturally to me! I am currently at uni training in children’s development and teaching and are attending a placement in a school. I have a gcse in food preparation and nutrition so have the skills to provide healthy meals to the children if this was required and will always ensure i have a day/evening full of fun activities for the children to interact with!
