Many apologies - the usual Zumba Gold classes are having a recuperative week off next week. 😓

But great news, there is a class next week at Hibaldstow with guest instructor, the fantastic Zoe Bromley.
You will have a wonderful class and a real treat.

Includes 3 songs of Zumba Gold Toning, using light weight toning sticks which are provided and optional. This adds low intensity strength training to the class.
