After a lovely week off, I’m back with classes as usual this week!

Weekly schedule:

-Tuesday 12pm: Seated Yoga
-Tuesday 6pm: Yin Yang Yoga
-Wednesday 6.15pm: Hatha Yoga
-Friday 12.30pm: Weights Class
-Friday 1pm: Hatha Yoga

Monthly special:
-Monday 17th Aug 6.15pm: Yin Yoga

Spaces are very limited in certain classes. Please get in touch for more information.

Hi all,

Just a reminder that I’ll be taking a week off next week.

That means there is no monthly Candlelight Yin in Kirrie in August.

If you’re one of my regulars and you don’t want to miss out then come along to my monthly Yin in Forfar on Monday 17th August. Spaces are very limited so please get in touch soon to reserve a spot.

Bookings are still open for 1-2-1 yoga in my summer house and other private bookings.

Did you know that I can travel to you?

Yesterday, I travelled to for yoga with the lovely Hayley and a few of her wedding guests.

I’ll call this one “the day before the big day” yoga 🧘‍♀️

A busy Seated Yoga today in Kirriemuir!

All the same things you’d do in a standard Hatha class but seated!

Working on strength, flexibility and relaxation.

The summer house (or yoga house) as I like to call it is finally complete 🧘‍♀️

Lovely quiet spot overlooking Caddam Woods in Kirriemuir.

A couple more touches are needed to make it more homey but we are ready for private yoga bookings!

Nosy dog will be kept in the main house during sessions or no yoga will be managed 🤣
