We were delighted to have a display at the Kilry Flower Festival over the weekend, showing off what the children have been growing in our school polytunnel. We have a kids gardening group every Friday afternoon led by a teacher and one of our parent helpers.

It was great to see some school families in attendance at this fantastic community event.

We may be making a few more plant based appearances in our local community soon. Keep your eyes peeled 👀

Thanks to everyone who supported our pub quiz at Glenisla Hotel Angus. We raised £225 for the school and had 11 teams in total. Congrats to the winning team, thanks to the teachers for hosting, and to Gary the chef for the incredible food on the night 👌

What a brilliant effort yet again from everyone involved with our online Christmas fundraiser.

We raised a huge £556 from Raffle tickets.
We had Donations of £40 and the Auction made £2620.

Total £3216
😀🙌🙌🙌

We have the usual fees etc to pay but an astonishing amount of money is available for the Childrens school.

Thanks so much to everyone who bid on items or bought tickets, its so very much appreciated by myself and everyone at Isla Primary.

🤩 Final few hours left on our raffle and auction! There’s still some fantastic prizes at bargain prices like our guided pony picnic, advanced facials, 1 night cabin stay, meal for 4 at Dalmunzie Hotel, voucher for a holiday at Nethercraig Holiday Park, a taxi voucher, a hoover, maths tuition, Harris tweed lamp, reformer pilates classes, a 3 hour house clean plus loads more.
