Day 42 of activity on Orkney and the second day on Westray.
A grey but rain free start to the day did not dampen the mood of the 6 pupils who problem solved, built and tested their raft building skills on the water.
The afternoon was wisely spent hiding indoors taking part in Archery
Big thanks again goes to the hosting school and support from the staff and teachers
Today is also the last day of work for Rhys who first arrived on Orkney in 2018 to instruct on the Hoy residential programme. He has been back nearly every year since then working for Outdoor Education and other private companies as a tour guide. Big Thankyou to Rhys for his excellent instruction and work with the schools on the isles. Safe journey home until next time……🤪😇
