Hello everyone!

Some updates and news to share with you all.

I am so sad to announce that we will not be reopening our dance school doors at the village hall.

After all this time it really breaks my heart, but I want you to know why and how much I will miss you all.

Two years ago Covid came along and messed up all of our lives… as a self employed person I lost my whole livelihood, so took a wild left swerve and got a wee job in Lidl. As things got better we reopened and got excited, but then adding to the tough times, a 6 month closure of the village hall has not really helped. I’ve had to do lots to keep myself afloat.
While all of that has been happening I have been offered a full time permanent job in the HR team, within Lidl. This offers different benefits for me and my family, like dinners at home every night and weekend spent with Derek, Poppy, Lois and Daniel.

It is not where I ever thought I’d be, but I am just moving to a new chapter that wasn’t planned or expected. I can’t really explain how hard this decision has been after such a long time but I wanted you to know that each of you and your dancers are like one of my own family.

I am wishing you all well and would love for you to keep in touch…

Happy new year!!!

I have just been informed the village hall will be closed for the full month of Jan due to refurbishment, fingers crossed we get back in feb!
I’m going to see if it’s possible to squeeze into the green room for some solo lessons, but will be in touch!

We will be shimmying the show to hopefully may… dates will be confirmed asap! Xx

Amazing day today and so much hard work!

9:30-10:00 - Nursery-P2 Dance
10:30-11:15 - P3-P6 Street dance
11:30-12:15 - P3-P6 Ballet
12:30-13:15 - Tap
13:15-14:00- P7+ Street dance
14:00-14:45- P7+ Ballet
14:45-15:15 - Pointe class

I have removed the breaks in the last classes there is no traffic and large change overs that require sanitation between. This reduces the wait for the dancers that is unnecessary.
