Hi all please try to do this each day if you can, or at least few times a week, will help get us ready for competitions starting soon. Will also be posting a sheet again to try do at home as much as you can please. Definitely helps doing it at home as well as just at practice. If any one does need help just ask. Also recommend looking at fluffy Morris dancing videos on YouTube and trying to practice a long even better if you have a mirror to practice in front of so you can see if your legs look right. Lastly will post every teams armworks to practice too so we can get them all together. Please feel free to add your practice videos to our private page so we can see everybody’s progress over time thank you xx
