If you could bottle the energy at our pre-school football sessions lately, you'd be a millionaire!

Watching the wee ones out on the pitch chasing after the ball, mastering those first kicks, and having an absolute blast has been brilliant to see. It’s amazing watching their coordination and confidence grow week by week, and seeing them high-fiving their wee teammates is the best bit!

We’ve got space in our Tots and Mini Kickers sessions across Fife if you fancy bringing your little football star along to join the fun. It's a lovely, relaxed spot for them to run wild and make some noise.

If you've ever wondered what goes on in our wee pre-school classes across Fife lately, take a look for yourself!

Seeing the kids build water confidence, try out gymnastics, kick about at football, or just run wild in soft play has been brilliant. It’s never just about keeping them busy. Watching them pick up new skills, make wee friends, and grow a bit more confident every week is pretty special.

We’ve got space in our sessions if you fancy bringing your little one along to join in. No pressure, just a welcoming space where they can burn off some energy and have a great time!

Well done to Kirkcaldy Leisure Centre customer Ronald Muir. 🏃

So far, he’s raised more than £1400 for Cancer Research UK by running in the 2026 Scottish 10K race in Musselburgh. His target was £1000.

Ronald started training at Kirkcaldy Leisure Centre. He also did regular jogging sessions along the prom to prepare for the big race.

He said the money raised “will help CRUK with their critical work in the search for new ways of preventing, detecting and treating cancer”.

Well done, Ron. And well done to everyone who supported his fundraising efforts. 🎉

The back-to-school rush is officially here! Now that the kids are back in the classroom, off to college this week, or heading on apprenticeships, getting back into a solid weekday routine is probably top of the list for most right now.

If they are wanting to keep up with their activities or train in their own way, our junior coaching programmes are a brilliant option. It's a great way to burn off energy, boost confidence, and see friends, all while giving everyone a bit of a normal routine again!
