Here are a few ideas for savouring the joys of autumn 🍁

🍁 bake a cake or make an apple crumble with cinnamon
🍁 debobble your favourite knit and enjoy the cosiness
🍁 try a pumpkin spice latte or a mulled apple juice
🍁 go for a autumn leaf crunching walk to break in your new boots
🍁 snuggle under your favourite cosy blanket and spend some time journalling your intentions for the next couple of months

We really enjoyed visiting Cantraybridge College this week with our students. Cantraybridge supports young people with additional support needs, and it was great to see the range of activities on offer including the cafe, catering, horticulture, animal care, arts and crafts and other practical activities. Lots of great opportunities for young people to gain new skills, build confidence and become more independent.😊
