Not too late to bake your Christmas cake.

As per our YouTube channel we've baked ours in the woodfired oven but you can of course rustle it up in your regular oven at about 150C

Cool and feed with brandy until Christmas. The cake not you 🤔🤣

A perfect slow cooked winter warmer for these wet and blustery days - a delicious osso buco.

We have had Scotch Bonnet adventures a long time ago - chopping them up like regular chillies. Then we learnt you only need to put them in your cooking whole to infuse. Otherwise a whole lot of yoghurt needed 🤔🤣

Any suggestions for what you'd use them for??
