Football Result:

Wyke started the day top of the table with Wilberforce close in third. The first half was tight, with both teams trying their best to play football on a difficult pitch. At half time both teams went in level at 0-0.
An inspired team talk saw the home side come out more confident. As time went on the Wilberforce started to take more control of the game. With nineteen minutes left, Dan Nichols grabbed himself a goal from right back. After this Wilberforce never looked back and with five minutes left Dom Boothby popped up to make the score 2-0.
Goals - Dan Nichols (71 minutes) Dom Boothby (85minutes)
This win takes Wilberforce above East Riding College & Wyke College and top of the table.
Well Done.
