My name is Adam
I run a No-Gi Grappling / Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class every Saturday at 12:15 at Total Martial Arts Academy.
It’s pay-as-you-train, and perfect for beginners and intermediate grapplers.
You’ll learn how to take someone down, pin and control them, and finish with a variety of effective submissions.
Whether you’ve never trained before, feel out of shape, or think you might be too old to start, this class is for you. Sessions are structured so everyone can take part, improve at their own pace, and leave having learned something useful
