More students from Little Einsteins last weekend, once again great bunch of students. Tried out my choking vest for the first time. Injected a great bit of fun into the lesson but also ensured the correct techniques were carried out by the students. Allowed much more variation into the scenario's too. Students liked the course and it was great to teach them too.

Great refresher course for Little Einsteins at the weekend. Really enjoyed the question/answer part unraveling medical concerns of the students. Makes me dig into the grey matter too.

Had the pleasure in teaching sport first aid to East Hull boxing club's future coaching personnel. The thing I like most about teaching people like this are that they all have their own interesting experiences. Absolute pleasure to teach and also learn from them. Fantastic set-up at the club and hope I'll get asked back in the future. Try them, they do every sort of class for boxercise to boxing for male and female. Big Bandage was knockout and taught a great class.

Big thank you to Panda Nursery who recently took the Paediatric refresher course. Due to work commitments the staff asked for the course over four evenings and Big-Bandage covered it. Great group of students yesterday at Monarch. Some real characters and loads of interest in what's happens within the body and at different scenarios. Really enjoyable to teach.
