The Big Toddlers have been busy doing lots of football crafts! We've made footballs, football players and lots of flags! The children enjoyed learning all the colours on the flags in Europe and creating their own football kit! Everyone has been practicing shouting 'come on England!!'

🐢🐢 National Turtle Day 🐢🐢

Today the big toddlers have had a turtley amazing day 🙂

We have done loads of different turtle activities, the children explored a turtle tray with blue and green rice for the sea and some sand like it was a beach. The children enjoyed looking for the turtles in the sand and rice the children where asked to see how many they could count. Some of the children talked about where we can find turtles saying "in the sea or sand".

Some of the children decorated a picture of a turtle using glue and tissue paper, we talked about what colour turtles are "green" To end our turtley amazing day we made some turtle-lisous treats for pudding after tea.

Party Panda has found her new home!

🐝🌼National Bee Day🌼🐝

Today the Big Toddlers have had lots of bee-rilliant fun! The children enjoyed a playdough tray this morning where they created their own bees, and this afternoon we did some bee paintings! We spoke about bees, their body parts and how they make the honey🍯

From today, eligible parents of children who will be 9 months old by 31st August 2024 can apply for 15 hours of childcare a week 👶

Pyjama pamper party!

Today we all came in in our pyjamas for our special pamper party! The children enjoyed a foot spa, a facial with a warm flannel followed by cucumbers on their eyes. Then we did yoga and meditation to relax! 🛀🧘‍♂️🧖‍♀️

Planting seeds!🌱

Today we did planting in the garden. The children decorated their plant pots before we went out and then filled their pots with soil. We enjoyed feeling and smelling the soil and then adding our seeds!🌺
