Ok I'll be the first to admit it π If there's food in front of me, I'll eat it! (I'm a bit greedy like that π·)
Which is why my #1 tip for sticking to a healthy eating plan is this:
π IF YOU DON'T BUY CRAP FOOD, THEN YOU CAN'T EAT CRAP FOOD!!!
If it's not in the cupboard, you can't reach for it when you're bored, tired or just fancying something sweet.
***Unfortunately this doesn't work when your daughter is sat next to you eating a kebab and chips does it?! ππ

Feeling very chuffed today π€
I'd asked Sara Davies a question on her business podcast about networking.....She gave me some brilliant advice AND she actually mentioned FitSista several times π
I don't know about you, but I seem to be getting more unsociable the older I get! ππ€£ However, Iβm definitely going to be putting this expert advice into action and get out there more!
It might seem like such a little thing, but when youβre running a business, sometimes you need those little moments that remind you that youβre doing something right.
And this has given me a HUGE boost!πͺ
So thank you Sara and Helen β€οΈ

August can be a funny month π Routines disappear, holidays take over, BBQ's, days out, hectic days and lazy days become the norm - and that's ok!
Remember, your health isn't built on what you do for a couple of weeks over the summer holidays, it's built on what you do MOST of the time. So enjoy the holidays, stay as active as you can, eat the ice-cream (but don't completely forget about the salads!) and don't feel guilty about enjoying the summer.
You don't have to be perfect to stay healthyβ€οΈ
But when you're ready to get back into a routine again after summer holidays, then let's go for it! My 6 week September Reset starts September 7th. It's designed specifically for women who want to get back into consistent, sensible habits and feel fitter, stronger and healthier after the summer break - without crash diets or punishing workouts π₯΅
If you'd like to know more or reserve a place, just get in touch and I'll send you the details πͺπ
Hope you're have a fantastic August! (and the sun keeps shining π)

Eating out doesn't need to ruin your progress, you just need to pick wisely!
More and more restaurants nowadays have healthy food on their menu thats equally tasty (if not better) than the calorific meals.
This is one of the nicest meals Iβve ever had - and it was a Salad!!!! π₯ (i think the fact that I was sat beside a marina in Kefalonia helped too! π)
What's your favourite healthy restaurant meal? π
