🌟Today is our amazing Y6's final day at Rokeby Park 🌟

We will truly miss their amazing personalities and are incredibly proud of all of their achievements. They have blown us away with their amazing SATs results this week and how they have matured over the past 10 months in readiness for secondary school.

We know they will continue to shine brightly as they all have incredibly bright futures ahead of them!

Well, it's safe to say that our Friends of Rokeby Park Primary School Bonkers Bingo was a huge hit! We raised an incredible £242.15 towards the new school bike shelter. Thank you to everyone who attended to make it such a success. Your continued support is invaluable🥳🌞🏖️🏝️🎉

Year 4 have really enjoyed their topic on Ancient Egypt this half term and have been exploring the techniques used in Ancient Egyptian art, including frontalism, specific colour palettes, size of figures based on importance, working with papyrus and writing in hieroglyphics. They have worked really hard on their sketch books and final pieces!

On 8th July, Year 4 went to Connexin Arena to perform their pieces of music on the glockenspiels as well as sing songs they have been learning, alongside other schools across the City. Everyone was brilliant! Well done Year 4 and thank you Hull Music Service! 🎼🥁🪇🎤🎹

Our talented Year 5 artists have been exploring the work of the famous Spanish architect and designer Antoni Gaudí. In today's lesson, the children designed and created their own beautiful clay mosaic tiles, using colourful tumbled glass pieces to produce striking patterns and textures inspired by Gaudí's unique style. Great work 🙂

Key Stage 1 have enjoyed using their colour wheel knowledge to paint some landscape! We were very careful to make and use our different shades to make our paintings look fantastic!
