Dinosaur paint splat 🫟🦖

The toddlers enjoyed a fun and engaging dinosaur-themed painting activity today.

Using the dinosaur figures, they stomped, walked, and explored the paints, watching colours mix and change as they moved around the table.

This playful experience encouraged creativity, imaginative play, sensory exploration, and helped develop their fine motor skills while having lots of fun. 🦕🎨✨

🎨 Every Child is an Artist 🎨

Toddlers explored painting on a different texture yesterday. We used the colours and mixed them together to create new colours! We enjoyed being able to see through the cling film to see our friends too! 🤭🫟🖌️

Preschools book for June is The Sunflower that could 🌻
We will be watching and learning the life cycle of a sunflower as we plant seeds in the garden 🌻
We will also be having lots of conversations about friendships and how some of our friends will be going on to their new adventure at ‘big school’

As today is National Dinosaur Day & our new book is based on Tilly the dinosaur, we have enjoyed our dino themed tuff tray this morning! 🦕

We used our senses to touch, smell, and even taste some of the ingredients in our tray! We then enjoyed using our dinosaurs to stomp our way down the track and into the trees! We had such fun!! 🤩

Toddler Room Book of the Month for June: Who’s Tickling Tilly? For a moment we thought it was our Tillie! 😳 🤭

Our Toddlers have a huge interest in Dinosaurs so we can’t wait to explore our new book together! 📚🤩

It’s a little late, and it’s almost end of May - but massive congratulations to Chloe on employee of the month for April 🌷 thank you for your all hard work, positivity and dedication to working in toddler room. You have grown so much in confidence and no task is ever any trouble. 🩷

When washing the cars and bikes turns into a water fight…. 💦 so much fun and laughter in our preschool 🥰☀️

Our Toddlers have thoroughly enjoyed making tracks for their cars with the paint this morning!

They started by choosing their own colours, using their fine and gross motor skills to dip, roll and run their cars along the paper, “so many colours!” one of them shouted 🚗🛣️☺️

The toddlers enjoyed a lovely walk to the park today, where they had a wonderful time exploring and challenging themselves to try new equipment.

Once they arrived, the children sat together for a little picnic and happily shared snacks with their friends.🧺

They especially loved playing on the swings and slides and they also had lots of fun playing football together, practising their kicking skills, running around, and encouraging one another ⚽️🌳.
