Meet the team - Emily - Baby practitioner
I’ve been working in Early Years for over 6 years and hold a Level 6 degree in working with children, young people and families 🧸I’ve always had a real passion for working with children and love being part of their early years journey, watching them learn, grow and develop their own little personalities! 💖
I would describe myself as a caring, friendly and enthusiastic person, and I love creating a fun, positive and nurturing environment where children feel safe, happy and confident to be themselves. I absolutely love making the children laugh and smile, joining in with their play and creating lots of fun and happy memories together. 🥰 I believe nursery should feel like a second home for every child — somewhere they feel comfortable, loved, secure and excited to come to each day. 💕
I’m also a very proud mum to my little boy, Leo, who is my absolute world. 💙 Being a mum has given me an even greater understanding of how important it is for parents to feel reassured, listened to and confident that their little ones are happy, safe and well cared for when they’re at nursery.
I’m especially excited to be back at Rising Stars! I previously worked here two years ago, and returning feels like coming back to a place that already feels so familiar and special. After having some time away, I’m so happy to be part of the Rising Stars family again. Coming back was honestly one of the best decisions I could have made, and I’m really looking forward to continuing to grow, learn and make lots of lovely memories with the children, families and team. 🌟
When I’m not at nursery, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family and friends, making memories with Leo and enjoying being a mum. 💙
