Our ED Sport students recently enjoyed an unforgettable trip to St George’s Park, where they took part in an exciting Sport Science Experience Day. The students had the opportunity to engage in gym-based performance testing, speed and agility work, and recovery sessions using hydrotherapy, gaining hands-on insight into how elite athletes train and recover. It was a fantastic experience that brought classroom learning to life and inspired our students by exposing them to professional-level facilities and practices. 💪⚽
