Thank you to Dame Diana Johnson for visiting us during National Apprenticeship Week and taking the time to speak with our apprentices.

It was a pleasure to see our apprentices confidently share their experiences and the motivations behind choosing the apprenticeship pathway. Their passion and ambition truly reflect the impact of high-quality vocational training.

We were also proud to present Outstanding Partnership Certificates to Tesco and Airco Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Ltd in recognition of their continued commitment to working with us to develop future talent.

Our Health & Social Care Apprentices teamed up with our MOET Apprentices for an exciting skills exchange:
Health & Social Care delivered hands-on resuscitation training to the MOET group and the MOET Apprentices shared their expertise, teaching brazing skills in return.

A brilliant opportunity to learn from each other, build confidence, and strengthen teamwork across departments. 👏

We’re proud to partner with employers across the country to deliver high-quality apprenticeships in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning and Electrical Installation - including our long-standing partnership with Airco Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Ltd.

Airco have played a pivotal role in HESTA’s journey, and apprenticeships continue to shape the way they operate. Today, the majority of their senior leadership team is made up of former apprentices, demonstrating the real impact and value of apprenticeship pathways.
