A massive well done to this student for taking part in a picnic to celebrate the end of term.

We know how hard it can be for some of our students to step outside, let alone enjoy a leisurely picnic.

After eating food he had prepared, he continued to enjoy time outside completing a wordsearch highlighting regulation techniques he has learnt and used an app to identify birds that he could hear.

Look at the amazing work our little artists created this week!

We explored texture, colour and shape using scrunched crepe paper β€” and what fantastic results!

The children showed such patience and care: tearing, pinching and arranging every piece.

They paid close attention to matching colours, filling spaces neatly, and making their creations look just right β€” it’s wonderful to see how creative and focused they all were!

Such a lovely way to bring simple materials to life.

Well done everyone β€” your hard work really shines! πŸ‘

Our YP chose two end of term enrichment activities, first one was colouring in an Egyptian colouring in sheet whilst regulating under a weight blanket and the second activity was building a dominos trail to eventually collapse πŸ‘

Our YP had fun helping to sort out some Lego pieces, with her peers, so that they could build an ice cream van. Great team work!

Getting creative with graffiti lettering!

Today we explored the vibrant world of street art!

We looked at bold styles, dripping effects and bright colour combinations, then got busy designing our own choice of tags in awesome graffiti art!

Look at that focus! Everyone experimented with outlines, contrasting colours and cool details to make their work totally unique. It’s brilliant to see so much imagination and attention to detail!

Such striking, energetic designs – fantastic effort from all our artists! πŸ‘

This YP has worked super hard to think logically about what to put on the cards for the board game, using great thinking and decision-making skills.

Recognising flags and capital cities to create the rules and score cards.

Working towards our AQA Unit 'Designing and making a board game' Excellent work πŸ‘
