πŸ“¦ Another Week of Great Progress on Our Move to the New Centre for Learning

It’s been another productive week as we continue relocating from our existing sites to the new Centre for Learning on George Street, bringing together three of our five centres from September.

Here’s the latest progress update:

🏟️ Craven Park Training and Enterprise Centre (The Business Centre)
The move from Craven Park is now complete. Items for the upper floors have been delivered, while furniture and equipment for the first floor is safely stored until those areas are ready.

βš™οΈ The Engineering Centre (TEC)
The majority of the move has now been completed, with only a small number of items remaining, including boxes, staff chairs, furniture, training equipment, and a few larger items from the cafΓ©.

🏫 The Avenues Adult Education Centre
Excellent progress continues, with most of the move now complete. The remaining items include staff furniture, boxes and equipment destined for the ground and first floors, with further deliveries continuing as the building becomes ready.

πŸ“£A huge thank you to Appleyard’s of East Yorkshire, whose team continues to do an incredible job managing the logisticsβ€”including manoeuvring some very tall cabinets that were just a little too big for the lift!

We’d also like to thank the team at Hull Esteem Consortium LEP Ltd for their continued hard work behind the scenes, helping to ensure everything is on track as we prepare to welcome learners, staff and partners this September. πŸ‘

Every delivery brings us one step closer to opening our doors, and we’re excited to welcome everyone to the new Centre for Learning very soon.
