Hedon Nursery School

What a fantastic last week the Explorers have had! We have had a week of exploring the topic nourish to flourish; we started with first aid with our friends and teddy bears and then oral hygiene with the book Alan’s big scary teeth. Then we had our sporty party morning and discussed how exercise is important for our bodies. Towards the end of the week we looked at hand washing and did an experiment to see what would happen when germs and soap mixed. We hope you have a wonderful break and stay safe; we cannot wait to hear all about your adventures in September !

Sports day in the Explorers

The Investigators Fun Sports Morning.

What a fantastic week the explorers had
last week! We started the week with looking at the instruments and how to change the volume and pitch. Then we moved onto skills such as following the process of making sandwiches for our picnic with the teddy bears. Towards the end of the week we looked at toys which show cause and effect the children were very excited to see the rocket ship! This week we will take part in a nourish to flourish week and look at a variety of activities linked with this.
