Spring is here at last !!

I love Spring as I love to see all the new buds coming on the trees and the colourful flowers starting to bloom, it puts a Spring in my step (pardon the pun) but also does my job, I love helping people put a Spring into their own step.

The steps people take through my coaching and healing sessions, helps set them going in the right direction, a direction that makes them feel good and focused. We navigate through the ups and downs we face and put actions into place to help them stay on track and moving forward.

So do you know anybody who needs a Spring putting into their step?

For a short time I am looking for clients who can help me with my Advanced Coaching studies at a reduced rate for the next few months.

Each session can be in house or online and first involves a free clarity call.

The sessions are £35 each for 60-90 mins.
