Not only did he pass first time, but he did it with a clean sheet - zero faults 👏 An absolutely outstanding result and a real credit to the effort he’s put in throughout his training.

James works for D&P Haulage Ltd, and we’re delighted that he’ll be putting his brand-new licence to good use straight away - what a fantastic achievement for both James and the team!

Even better, James completed his training through the Government funded Skills Bootcamps Hull and East Riding, proving what a brilliant opportunity it is for those looking to progress their careers in transport.

Richard, their Transport Manager, and Craig, their Logistics Manager, have both added another string to their bow with this fantastic achievement. Not only is it a brilliant personal milestone, but it’s also a big win for the whole SJP Transport team.

Having their Cat C+E licences will make a real difference when it comes to moving trucks around their yard and taking vehicles for routine repairs and maintenance - keeping everything running smoothly and efficiently.

Nicky upgraded his licence through the Skills Bootcamps Hull and East Riding Government-funded training scheme, and is already putting it into action.

As a self-employed HGV driver, Nicky is now available for short-term contracts and holiday cover, bringing flexibility, experience, and reliability to the road.

Well done, Nicky - proof that investing in your skills really pays off. We can’t wait to see where this next chapter takes you!

A huge well done to Jacob on passing his Category C+E test this morning 👏

Jacob upgraded his existing Category C licence to C+E by utilising Government funding through our partnership with Skills Bootcamps Hull and East Riding.

Currently working for Harrison Solway Logistics Ltd as a Class 2 Driver, Jacob is now hoping to put his new licence to use with his existing employer and continue progressing his career in transport.

Huge congratulations to Neil on passing his Cat C+E test with us! 👏🚛

Neil upgraded from his Cat C licence through the Government-funded Skills Bootcamp scheme and absolutely smashed it - a clean sheet with zero faults, which is a massive achievement. 💪

He’ll now be putting his new licence to great use in heavy recovery with a local recovery firm, and we couldn’t be more proud to have been part of his journey.

This now means Taylor is qualified to drive even bigger trucks for SJP Transport Ltd, and we’ve no doubt she’ll do it with confidence and professionalism.

Perhaps most importantly… as the daughter of the MD of SJP Transport, she’s beaten him yet again when it comes to obtaining an HGV licence 😄🏆
