🌟 At The Constellation Trust, the safety and wellbeing of our students is one of our highest priorities. As part of our commitment to safeguarding, all devices and internet access provided by the Trust are protected by filtering and monitoring systems supplied by Smoothwall.

👉These systems help us to:

💫 Promote a safe online environment for students.
💫 Protect children from accessing inappropriate or harmful content.
💫 Identify potential safeguarding concerns, including online risks.
💫 Support students in developing safe and responsible digital habits.

✔️Smoothwall's filtering technology helps prevent access to unsuitable websites and online content, while monitoring tools can alert safeguarding staff to potential concerns where students may be at risk or require additional support.

👉The use of filtering and monitoring is in line with our safeguarding responsibilities and supports the requirements set out in Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE).

⭐️ We encourage parents and carers to continue conversations at home about online safety, responsible internet use, and the importance of speaking to a trusted adult if they experience anything online that makes them feel uncomfortable or concerned.

❓ If you have any questions about our online safety measures, please contact your child’s school.

Kind regards
