We are looking for a fun, hard-working, patient and dedicated individual to join our small and friendly team!

This role is for a Deputy Manager, to cover all duties and responsibilities of the current deputy while on maternity leave, with potential to continue as 3rd in charge.

➡️Duties include:

- Assist the Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the childcare setting, including supervising staff and ensuring quality care for children.
- To ensure continuity of high quality Learning & Development.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care provided, making adjustments as necessary to ensure the highest level of care.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals and families to ensure that children receive the level of care required.
- Maintain accurate records, including all administration records.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements from Ofsted.

➡️Qualifications:
- Minimum Level 3 in Childcare with 2 years experience
- Strong knowledge of Learning & Development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with staff, children, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and motivate a team.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
- Paediatric First Aid, Health & Safety, Safeguarding, Food Hygiene.

Training can be provided if required for the above.

FULL training will be given during a handover from the current deputy manager, full ongoing support will be provided by the manager. We are open all year. Hours and pay will be mutually agreed with the successful candidate.
