This has been such a hard time to bring a baby into the world. If anyone you know would like to join me for the opportunity to learn alongside their baby but are concerned about paying for session spaces please encourage them to get in touch, I may be able to help.

Baby mindful sessions are focussed around what works for you and your baby. No pressure, no rushing, no expectations of you or your baby to be anything you’re not. Babies cry (and parents cry too sometimes!), and it’s never a problem.

Spaces available at Silkmore Children’s Centre (ST17 4EG) on a Tuesday afternoon and Staffordshire Moorlands Children Centre, Biddulph (ST8 6DT) on a Thursday afternoon.

Sessions are £5 a week, booked in a 6 week block. Support may be available if payment is a barrier to attending- please let me know if I can help.

We had a fabulously pink time celebrating Emma's first birthday with our first ever messy party! All the children had lots of fun and the sofa was untouched, so dad was happy too 😉
If your little one is turning one, two or three and you would like more details on a party with lots of fun without too much mess, please drop me a message!
