Proud of Our Year 11 Class of 2026

We would like to congratulate all students in our Year 11 cohort as they receive their GCSE results today!

Staff at the school are incredibly proud of the commitment, resilience and determination shown by this group throughout their time with us. Their hard work has been rewarded with many individual successes and achievements across a wide range of subjects.

This year, 43% of students achieved a grade 5 or above in both English and Mathematics, while 53% of all GCSE grades awarded were at grade 5 or above.

We celebrate the achievements of every student and are particularly pleased to recognise those who achieved exceptional results:

Headteacher Ms Bridge said:

Exam results information

A Level Results Day Thursday 13th August 2026 8.30am - 10.30am

GCSE Results Day Thursday 20th August 2026 8.30am - 10.30am

Results will be available in the Sports Hall. If a student is unable to collect their results in person, they may nominate another person to collect them on their behalf. To do this, the student must provide a handwritten and signed letter authorising the named individual to collect their results. The nominated person must bring the signed authorisation letter and their own valid photographic identification (e.g driving licence or passport).

Results will not be given out by telephone or email under any circumstances. Results will only be posted if the student provides a stamped addressed envelope to the Examinations Officer by Wednesday 15th July 2026.

Congratulations to Our Year 13 Class of 2026!

We are delighted to celebrate the achievements of Kineton’s Year 13 students and congratulate them on the excellent results they have secured this summer. We are immensely proud of both their academic success and the progress they have made during their time at the school.

Of all grades awarded, 20% were at A* to A (or equivalent), while more than 46% were awarded at A* to B. We are also particularly pleased with the achievements of our Extended Project Qualification (EPQ) cohort, our largest to date, with 56% of students attaining grades A* to B.

Ms Bridge, Headteacher, commented:

"Congratulations to our Year 13 students on their outstanding achievements. They have been a wonderful year group and thoroughly deserve their success. I would also like to thank our dedicated staff and supportive parents for the important role they have played in helping our students achieve their goals."

We are pleased that all students have secured their chosen next destination, whether that be higher education, an apprenticeship, employment or a gap year. We are especially delighted that students progressing to university have successfully secured places at their preferred institutions.

Our students will embark on a wide range of exciting pathways, including apprenticeships in fields such as teaching, employment opportunities and gap year experiences. Many students will continue their studies at universities across the country, including Liverpool, Cardiff, York, Falmouth and Bristol.

Special congratulations go to Yousif Abdelaal-Wait, who will be joining Balliol College, University of Oxford, to study Engineering.

We are proud of every student in the cohort but would like to recognise the following students for their outstanding academic achievements:

We look forward to seeing students on Thursday 13th and 20th August to pick up results. Please note the following regarding accessing the school and parking:

Works through Kineton village along Banbury Street has led to the main street being closed (businesses are still accessible from either end). Traffic will need to go through the estate that comes out on Mill Street (St Peters Road) to get to school or come from Temple Hardwick route.

Once on site use the car park at the front of the school by turning left onto the turning circle (have the container to your right!).

Please avoid parking on the entrance road during results days.

A mental health service for children and young people called ECHO (standing for Every Child Heard and Offered support), has launched today across Warwickshire.

Echo Support will benefit children and young people experiencing lower-level mental health and emotional wellbeing challenges, including:

- Feeling anxious or worried
- Struggling with stress or low mood
- Having friendship or school difficulties
- Finding emotions difficult to manage
- Needing coping strategies and early support

📢📢Westminster Insight days for young people 📢📢

My team and I are delighted to be offering Westminster Insight Days.

A new initiative for our young people across our constituency and a great opportunity for young people to join me in Westminster!

These sessions are designed to give young people a first-hand understanding of Parliament, the role of an MP, and how decisions are made in government.

🗓Our first ever Insight Day will take place on Monday 7 September.

The programme is open to young people from the constituency, and applicants must be aged 16 or over.
