Dash Claims is growing – and we’re looking for an experienced Motor Claims Handler to join our team in Stevenston, Ayrshire.
⚠️ PREVIOUS MOTOR CLAIMS EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL
YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:
✅ Data & evidence collection
✅ Managing motor claim files
✅ Replacement vehicle hire bookings
✅ Preparing & managing hire contracts
✅ Work order allocation
✅ Liaising with clients, insurers, repairers & suppliers
✅ Monitoring repairs and hire periods
✅ Keeping clients updated throughout their claim
✅ Progressing claims efficiently from start to finish
💰 THE PACKAGE
£29,000 salary per annum
➕ 5% matched pension contribution
➕ Works vehicle
➕ Fuel allowance
➕ Monday–Friday working
➕ No weekends
⏰ WORKING HOURS
Monday–Friday | 8:30am–5:30pm
1-hour lunch break
40 hours per week
📍 Based at Dash Claims – Stevenston, Ayrshire
We’re looking for someone who already understands the motor claims industry, can confidently manage a busy caseload and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.
