✨IMPORTANT ✨
Ahead of this week’s Starry Nights, we have reviewed our Traffic Management plans to ensure not only that our magical illuminated experience is enjoyable for all our guests but also that the impact of traffic generated by our visitors is minimised for residents living in the area.
🌲We have Increased the presence of Traffic Marshalls across the event to help our guests
🌲We have adjusted the times at which roads will close as follows: from 1530 hrs each event day on weekdays (to minimize inconvenience during the school run). On all other event days, including Saturdays and Sundays, the road closures will occur at 1500 hrs. The road closures will be lifted each evening at 2100 hours
🌲It's now specified that only residents can access the road closures, and, in order to bypass them, a resident pass will be required
🌲We have added a dedicated page to our website where we recommend and list parking solutions (as well as other ways of ‘getting here’) for those joining us for Starry Nights and clearly remind everyone visiting to please park considerately and responsibly, respect our surrounding neighbours and other customers, and adhere to our road closure and directions from our Traffic Management personnel.
Here is a direct link to our page: https://www.christmasatdeancastle.com/getting-here/
PLEASE NOTE: St.Matthews RC Church Car Park will not be available on Saturday, December 16 only.
We hope this will help, and we are here for any questions you might have – please DM us or email us so we can make sure we respond promptly (we can’t always see social media comments in real time because we are onsite to make sure Starry Nights continues to be enchanting!)
Thank you for all your kind donations for the Ayrshire East Foodbank Christmas appeal, what a great amount to donate 12 bags full! 🥰
Wishing all our children moving onto primary school today lots of luck and happiness, today and always! 🍀🏫🍀
