I’m Jordan, 27 years old, and fitness has always been a massive part of my life. Growing up I played lots of sports and always enjoyed being physical. I’m thankful that I grew up in a family that made sure I ate healthily and stayed active.

When I was 15, I became inspired to really begin my own fitness journey, as I was unhappy with how I looked, how it made me feel, and the insecurities that came with that. It began a journey of discovery, trial and error, and massive persistence and determination that has had a tremendous impact on my entire life. Over a decade later, I am a completely different person, and have decided to share what I have learned to help others achieve the body of their dreams, and along with it, confidence and a better quality of life.

Last year I started my own fitness journey and since then I’ve lost over 20kg with the help of my PT, Calum, at Revitalize. Before that, I was going to a commercial gym but never really knew what I was doing. I’d spend more time wandering around making excuses not to go than actually training properly.

Once I started working with a PT everything changed for me. I found structure, motivation and a real passion for fitness that I never expected to have. Seeing the changes not only physically but mentally gave me a completely different outlook and made me realise how much of an impact the right support can have on someone’s life.

Starting this PT course feels like a massive step for me because I want to help other people who might feel the way I did at the start. The chance to turn something that’s changed my own life into a career honestly feels like a dream come true.

Fitness has always been a big part of my life. I’ve always enjoyed being active, challenging myself with new exercises and helping others build confidence through fitness.

I have experience teaching dance and this year I began coaching group fitness and circuit-style classes. I love creating empowering workouts that target the full body and help clients feel strong, capable, and motivated. Creating varied workouts to keep training effective, engaging, and accessible for all fitness levels.

As a mum to two young children, I’m passionate about modelling a healthy and positive relationship with exercise and wellbeing. It’s important to show that fitness can be both enjoyable and empowering. Alongside my fitness qualifications and coaching experience, I’m excited to continue developing my knowledge and expand into personal training, so I can support clients in achieving their individual goals.

Im Gregor, I’m 21 years old, I’ve always played sports, particularly football and was in the sfa school of football program in secondary and most recently took up golf, I studied sports coaching and development for 3 years at uws in Ayr - my decision to become a pt came from the first year in uni in one of the modules that was designed around being a pt. In the module I was given a qualification and ever since I’ve had in my mind that I wanted to become a pt, so I’m looking forward to this next chapter in my life.

I’m Kimberly I’m 27 I have been training for 8 years , I started training at the bunker 1.0 and have been with them ever since, I’ve trained with my own Pt now for 3 1/2 years and I have always said I would love to be able to help people change their lifestyles and habits.
