AOIFE'S SENSORY BUS TODAY @ THE HOWARD CENTRE π
Aoife's Sensory Bus has been created to provide a unique opportunity for children and young people. The bus has been fitted with interactive sensory environment and is being utilised by children and young people in schools and communities in Ayrshire.
The purpose of the bus is multi use to target young people across Ayrshire who require a sensory integrated approach to improve their wellbeing and assist their educational targets in a creative and meaningful way. If your child would benefit from a visit to the bus, please pop along to the Howard Centre today between the following times: 10am-12noon or 1-2.30pm.
There will be an opportunity for anyone to come along and see the bus and learn more of the charity's work between 2-3pm. Throughout the day we will be running a complimentary child-friendly cafe serving tea/coffee & homebaking π

St. Marnockβs Parish Church Service for this Sunday 12th December will be online only. A decision has been taken to close the Church, the Hall and The Howard Centre until a deep clean is undertaken following a confirmed case of Covid 19 associated to the buildings. This cautious approach is being followed in order to keep everyone as safe as possible. The buildings will reopen when it is considered safe to do so. In the meantime, worship and information will be posted on the various media platforms the Church & Howard Centre has and at You Tube channel Church Online Kilmarnock.
Thank you, as always, for your patience and support in these difficult and uncertain timesπ

Happy December! How did that happen? Our decorations are up in the Centre so Christmas has arrived!
Although it's a fab, fun time of year it also comes with extra pressures for us all. Elf antics. Matching jammies. The perfect tree. Present shopping. Wants & expectations.
We are too good at being hard on ourselves and putting ourself under unnecessary stress.
Take a step back. Breathe. Be grateful for who you have in your life. Cherish your loved ones and most importantly your health.
By Boxing Day perfect trees, elves, presents & matching jammies are a thing of the past. The only thing that matters is who is around you, not what.
Happy 1st December β€οΈ
