🌟 Feel Good Friday Fun! 🌟
Our P3/4 class had a fantastic start to Feel Good Friday last week with a special music session from Nina’s Notes! 🎶💃
The children loved singing, dancing and making music to favourites including Moana, Baby Shark and Soda Pop. They explored instruments, enjoyed fun rhymes, wore pirate hats 🏴‍☠️ and even played with bubbles! 🫧
There were lots of smiles, laughter and energy all round. They had a wonderful morning and it was a great way to finish the week! 💕✨

🌟 Happy World Teachers’ Day! 🌟
Today, our pupils took time to say a special thank you to each of our amazing teachers for all that they do every day. From inspiring young minds and encouraging confidence to showing kindness, care and patience, our teachers make a real difference in the lives of our children at St Joseph’s.
We are so grateful for the dedication, commitment and love our staff show to our pupils each and every day. ❤️

🥰 P1 and P7 Buddy Time 🥰
Our P1 and P7 pupils enjoyed one of their favourite times of the week today... Buddy Time! 📚💙
There were lots of smiles as our youngest and oldest pupils spent time reading together, sharing stories and building friendships. These special sessions help our P1 children develop a love of reading while creating wonderful bonds with their P7 buddies.
A lovely example of our school community learning, supporting and growing together. ⭐📖

📚✨ National Poetry Day at St Joseph's! ✨📚
As part of our National Poetry Day celebrations, our Key Stage 2 pupils explored our Value of the Month, Respect, by creating thoughtful and creative acrostic poems. Their work highlighted the many ways we can show respect to ourselves, others and our community each day.
Well done to all our talented writers for their fantastic effort and imagination! 🌟

🎃 Halloween Costume Swap! 🎃
Following a productive first PTFA meeting this afternoon, we thought it would be a lovely idea to organise a Halloween Costume Swap for our school community.
If your child has a costume that no longer fits and is still in good condition, why not donate it so another child can enjoy it this Halloween? We’d love to see if there is interest in helping make Halloween a little more affordable and sustainable for families. 👻🧙‍♀️🦸‍♂️
Thank you for your continued support!
