You may have known us as KNSTE and the work we do. We are proud to introduce you to STEP - SET Teacher Education Partnership! 👣🌟

While we've got as fresh new look, a new website (www.step.set.org) and an exciting new identity, what matters the most hasn't changed! Our new name and identity reflect the exciting journey ahead as we continue to work with our incredible partnership of schools to develop the teachers of tomorrow.

It's been wonderful to meet our new 2026-27 cohort of trainee teachers! The sessions this week have consisted of Target Setting, Literacy across the Curriculum, Wellbeing and many more! It's been a busy week so far!

If your school has an Early Career Teacher (ECT) starting in September, you can register for a funded place on the ECT programme. Please select Shaw Education Trust as the Delivery Partner with Ambition Institute to ensure you are registered to this programme.
