The boys have had a wonderful time at nursery, and they might be running on fumes by this evening ( but that's the good kind of tired that comes from a day full of fun and learning)
Here's hoping they have enough energy left in the tank for some quality football tonight.

Our Healthy Families sessions are designed to support parents and carers with practical advice and confidence-building skills to support children’s wellbeing.
The nest session, Eating Well is Tuesday @ 12.30pm.
This session explores why healthy eating is important and looks at common reasons why children may be reluctant to eat certain foods. We discuss simple, positive ways to encourage children to try new foods and introduce the Eatwell Guide to help families build balanced meals.
