A huge well done to our incredible Year 6 pupils for their outstanding performance of The Lion King! Every child brought their character to life with confidence, enthusiasm and determination, creating a truly memorable show that captivated the audience from start to finish.
Our proud directors, Mrs Pitts and Miss Lewis, are incredibly proud of how the production came together. The dedication, teamwork and effort shown throughout rehearsals shone through in every performance, and each and every child should be proud of what they achieved.
We would also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to our amazing PTA for generously supporting us with the resources needed to create our wonderful scenery. A very special thank you goes to Mrs Jeffries, whose creativity and hard work in designing our stunning backdrop, props and masks helped bring the Pride Lands to life.
Congratulations, Year 6—you truly gave a performance worthy of a standing ovation!

Our Year 6 leavers have started their final week of primary school in style, yesterday they celebrated with water fight followed by this morning's Moving On Up celebration, where they were presented with their Bibles from Bath Abbey.
Tomorrow, they will perform their leavers' production of Lion King we are all so excited to watch, and on Friday we'll finish with the much-loved St John's traditions of shirt signing and the Guard of Honour.
Get your tissues ready – it's going to be an emotional week as we celebrate our wonderful Y6 Leavers and wish them every success as they begin their next adventure.

💕 We're aiming to break a world record today! 💕
As part of Flourishing Futura Kindness Day, schools and colleagues across Futura will be carrying out random acts of kindness throughout the day.
The current world record is 19,000 acts of kindness in one day – and we're hoping to smash it!
From litter picking and food donations to helping others and spreading positivity, every act counts. If each of us does just two acts of kindness, we can achieve something amazing together.
Let's show what the Futura community can do when we come together for a common purpose and make kindness count! 💖

Reception had a fantastic trip to Bath, travelling by train from Keynsham and visiting Pizza Express. They enjoyed making their own Margherita pizzas and were very proud of their delicious creations!
