What a fantastic afternoon at Studio 11!
It was an absolute pleasure to welcome the wonderful ladies from Dojo Karate for a private aerial workshop today, organised by the lovely Hels Meehan.
The energy in the studio was incredible from start to finish. Everyone embraced the challenge, supported one another, stepped outside their comfort zones, and most importantly, had so much fun! Watching your confidence grow throughout the session was exactly what Studio 11 is all about. 💙
A huge thank you to our fabulous instructor Meg Bell for leading such an enjoyable and encouraging workshop. As always, you made everyone feel welcome and capable, no matter their experience.
Thank you to everyone who joined us today—we loved having you in the studio and hope this is the first of many visits!
