🦖 Are you ready to ROAR?!

🦴On Friday 16th October we're being joined by Giant Journeys to enjoy a dinosaur themed day of exploring, stomping, digging and learning!

🔎 Children can come to school dressed in dinosaur, explorer or paleontologist themed outfits.

🦕 We have a day of workshops and dino-themed activities planned from Reception through to Year 6! We can't wait!

🐦‍⬛ We're hosting a Scarecrow Festival on Saturday 10th October, to begin our 135 years of Rushton Primary School celebrations!

🍂 We'd love our local community- individuals, streets, clubs, businesses and groups- to get involved! Please complete the form to enter a Scarecrow, and bring it to school by Friday 9th October. It can be free standing or on a ground spike.

🧡 The festival will be open to the public- please come and see our creations between 2-4pm!

🎸 It's Times Table Rock Stars day! 🎸

We've had lots of fun practising our tables in class today through games and activities, and enjoyed a playground disco at lunch.
Some of the children made their own stages and put on performances for their friends!

And that's a wrap!

What an incredible trip we've had! We could not be more proud of our Year 6- they have been so courageous, determined and resilient. They have represented our school exceptionally well and they championed and cheered each other on- they were genuinely so proud of each other for stepping out of their comfort zones and giving everything a go! 🌟
