The PTA at Barton Seagrave Primary raises funds to enhance the education of the school children.
We strive to engage in activities or provide facilities or equipment which support the school and advance the education of the pupils. To do this we raise funds through m***i days, discos, Christmas & Easter events, Christmas cards designed by the children, a BIG summer fair and lots more! 🎬 Children’s Summer Cinema Afternoon
at Barton Seagrave Village Hall
Join us for a brand-new community event in Barton Seagrave — a fun afternoon cinema showing for pre-school and primary-age children.
Date: Friday 21st August
Time: Afternoon showing — Arrival 1.30pm, film to show at 2pm
Venue: Barton Seagrave Village Hall
Film: To be announced soon
Children can enjoy a film in our comfortable, air-conditioned hall, with a drink and snack provided.
Parents and carers must accompany children and can attend free of charge.
We kindly ask for a £3.50 suggested donation per child, with all proceeds going to Barton Seagrave Cricket Club.
There will also be a tuck shop available to purchase additional confectionery, and the Village Hall café will be open too.
Come along, keep cool, enjoy a film, and support a great local cause.

If you’re looking for a nice day out with the kids, this Fairy & Wizard trail at Castle Ashby Gardens is just lovely! 🧙♂️🧚
Cost us £30 for an adult & 2 children (toddlers are cheaper and the adult price is the same as garden entry), the kids get the trail with a sweet cone prize, a visit to the animal menagerie (meet cats, pigs, fluffy hens, marmoset monkeys & more), loads of space to run & picnic in the gardens, and a lovely play area by the cafe. Great way to spend 4 hours!

She’s been involved for almost as long as her children have been at Barton Seagrave Primary School, and now her youngest is moving on to secondary so she’s reluctantly standing down. She even offered to help out today! 🤗
