Building Blocks Christian Day Nursery

This week we had a surprise visit from environmental health and were thrilled to receive a rating of 5!

Celebrating 18 years of nursery

Today we celebrate 18 years of nursery! Happy birthday to us.

This term the Owls topic is 10 little robots, we have been moving like a robot, using bee-bot (programmable robot) and have introduced a robot song. The penguins topic is a very busy body, so far there has been lots of hand and feet painting as we explore what our bodies can do. And lots more fun to come!

We are very pleased to have welcomed back some of our nursery children this week and are looking forward to seeing more of you next week. Our social bubbles (elephants and giraffes) are settling well and the children are enjoying the range of activities we have provided to support their transitions back into nursery.

Please look out for an email today detailing the changes we have made and how the nursery will operate from Monday 1st June 2020, we are looking forward to welcoming back more of our children. Please remember that spaces need to have been confirmed in order for children to attend.

We are thrilled to have opened again today for the children of key workers, having had a deep clean, fresh paint and a good clear out!
