Young talent bringing fresh hope to Northamptonshire’s food and drink sector 🍽️

At Tresham College, we're proud to play a part in developing the next generation of talent for Northamptonshire's food and drink industry.

The Weetabix Northamptonshire Food & Drink Awards are shining a spotlight on the young people already making a difference across the sector, recognising their passion, creativity and commitment to building careers in food and drink.

This year sees the introduction of the Rising Star of Food & Drink Award, recognising employees aged 16–25 who are bringing fresh ideas and enthusiasm to their workplaces.

Creating clear routes into the industry is key to supporting this talent. The Food and Drink Skills Hub, a partnership between Northampton College, Moulton College, the University of Northampton and The Bedford College Group, is helping employers access training, apprenticeships and workforce support.

We're proud to be part of a partnership helping young people develop the skills and experience to build rewarding careers across Northamptonshire's food and drink sector.
