🌟 HOME EDUCATION MULTI-SPORT SESSIONS – THIS WEEK! ⚽️🏏🏃‍♂️

Are you looking for something fun, active and social for your home-educated children this week? 😊

We’ll be back at Desborough Recreation Ground this Monday and Thursday, 11am–12pm, and it would be lovely to see some familiar faces as well as some new ones joining us! 🙌🏻

Our relaxed, friendly sessions are all about getting children moving, trying different activities, developing new skills and, most importantly, having fun! 💚

⚽️ Football
🏏 Cricket
🏃 Running, races and athletics
🎯 Fun games, challenges and lots of movement!

There’s no pressure, no need to be an expert at any sport, and children can join in at their own pace. It’s a great opportunity to get outdoors, burn off some energy and meet other local home-education families.

📍 Location: Desborough Recreation Ground, off Lower King Street (car park end, near the bowls club)

📅 Monday & Thursday this week
⏰ 11am–12pm

👟 Just bring suitable clothing, trainers and a drink, and come ready for some fun!

⚠️ Please note: There are no toilet facilities at the recreation ground.

If you’re local to Desborough, Rothwell, Kettering, Corby, Market Harborough or the surrounding areas, why not come along and give it a try? 😊

Everyone is welcome – we’d love to see you there! 🙌🏻

⚽️ LITTLE KICKER OF THE WEEK ⚽️

💚💛 FIN 💛💚

Although Fin is a relative newcomer to the group, he’s certainly hit the ground running! 🙌🏻 He’s loved getting stuck into kicking the ball around with his Dad, especially when it comes to scoring those all-important goals! ⚽️🥅

Fin was also really involved in our Outer Space adventure 🚀🪐, zooming around the planets with his football and showing off some great close control and speed!

It’s been so lovely watching all the children running around together with big smiles on their faces, making new friends and discovering the joy of football along the way. 💚💛

Well done, Fin! Keep having fun, scoring goals and showing us your magic! 🌟⚽️👏🏻

💚💛

⚽🏆 KICKER OF THE WEEK – TEDDY! 🏆⚽

A huge well done to our very own Teddy, who took home the Kicker of the Week trophy at Saturday morning’s Kiddies Fun Football session! 🌟

Teddy brought bundles of enthusiasm, energy and smiles to the session, throwing himself into the fun and showing us just how much he loves his football! ⚽😁

Keep up the fantastic work, Teddy – you were an absolute superstar! ⭐
👏

Well done from all of us at Kiddies Fun Football in association with FC Aztec!

⚽️ Kiddies Fun Football (KFF) for 2–4 year olds was back bright and early this morning at Desborough Leisure Centre! 🐣☀️

Another fantastic turnout today, with some additional space to enjoy — which was very much welcomed and explored by our ‘First Kickers’! 🙌🏻

We had lots of fun creating our very own race track 🏎️🏁, where the kickers worked together in teams to ZOOOOOM around the track with their footballs! ⚽️💨

We also practised our close ball control, learning how to use those little kicks to keep the ball close and prevent it from running away! 👣⚽️

🏆 ‘First Kicker’ Player of the Week – Dylan! 🥳⚽️

Dylan was absolutely superb from start to finish today! He showed fantastic dribbling skills, excellent close ball control, listened brilliantly to instructions and even scored some great goals! 👏🏻🙌🏻⚽️

Well done, Dylan — a thoroughly deserved Player of the Week! ⭐️

Another brilliant morning of football, fun and smiles! ❤️⚽️

🔥 Hard work. Stronger habits. Big progress. ⚽️💪🏻

This pair have been working seriously hard over the past two weeks in our small-group sessions, and the progress is showing! 🙌🏻

This evening, amongst plenty of other things, we got the tackle bags out (my absolute favourites 😍) for some physical work — holding the ball up, staying strong under pressure, keeping the defender away from the ball, then shifting it and getting our shots off! 🎯⚽️

Strong, sharp and relentless. 💪🏻🔥

Keep putting the work in — it pays off! 😎🙌🏻

⚽️🌟 KIDDIES FUN FOOTBALL IS BACK! 🌟⚽️

We were back on the ball this morning with our Parent & Toddler Football sessions, now under our exciting new banner of Kiddies Fun Football (KFF) in association with FC Aztec, for little footballers aged 2–4! 🥳

It was fantastic to welcome back some familiar faces, as well as meet some new KFF kickers! 👋⚽️

And with our new home at Desborough Leisure Centre, there was plenty to explore before we got stuck into the important stuff… getting the footballs out and having FUN! 😄

Today we worked on our ball skills, practising moving the ball in different directions, getting comfortable with the ball at our feet and, of course, playing lots of fun games along the way. ⚽️👏

🌟 KFF Kicker of the Week – Edward! 🌟

Edward has been coming along for a number of weeks now and it’s been brilliant to see his confidence grow. He always listens really well, gives everything a go and is becoming a real little KFF star! ⭐️

Super job, Edward! 👏⚽️

Well done to all our little kickers this morning — what a great way to start our new KFF journey! 💙⚽️
