It was lovely to say hello again to all the girls and boys who are joining Mrs Dickson and her EYFS team in September. We hope they, their families, and of course, their teddies enjoyed the picnic and games this afternoon!

The hugest thank you to .wallace1303 of the for taking special time today to come and present this young man with this very special piece of kit!

He was awarded the Smith Shield this year for being Mentee of the Year due to his unrivalled enthusiasm and commitment when working with . Now he can show this wherever he goes!

Both the school and the are hugely proud of him for this achievement!

This young man has been awarded his Chief Scout's Silver Award. Amazing work, and we're all very proud.👏

Mrs Hope is incredibly proud of the AYLA (Archbishop's Young Leader's Award) children today when they visited Orchard House care home.

To begin with, they were nervous but they soon found their groove and spent some quality time talking, playing games and singing songs with the residents.

The residents and staff at Orchard House were incredibly positive about the AYLA children’s visit. They praised the children’s excellent teamwork skills and their ability to adapt confidently to different situations.

Most importantly, the children made a real difference to the residents, with staff noting that several residents were smiling which they haven't seen in a little while. This has highlighted the positive impact of the visit and shows their project was successful.

Just in case anyone's confused, we're looking forward to seeing you all on Monday. I'm not naming any names!!! :)

Also, the weather is looking cooler so back to normal uniform please.
