The wonderful Sam Aires is performing in the fantastic ! 🎤 🕺

If your children would like some festive fun - We would like to invite you to our Christmas yoga workshop for children & teens! It will include festive yoga games, yoga sequence, arts & crafts, singing as well as a FREE drink & snack!

Workshop is on the 21st of December
Children: 9.30am – 11am
Teens: 11.30am – 1pm

The workshop will take place at Ironstone Wellbeing Centre.
Early bird offer £15 Per Student.

🌲 Festive Christmas Yoga Workshop 🌲

This 1.5hr festive workshop for children & teens will include festive yoga games & sequence, singing christmasy favourites as well as fun arts & crafts.
