Using vocal harmonics and crystal singing bowls, I guide you into deep relaxation, allowing the vibrations to soothe the mind, body, and soul. If your children would like some festive fun - We would like to invite you to our Christmas yoga workshop for children & teens! It will include festive yoga games, yoga sequence, arts & crafts, singing as well as a FREE drink & snack!

Workshop is on the 21st of December
Children: 9.30am – 11am
Teens: 11.30am – 1pm

The workshop will take place at Ironstone Wellbeing Centre.
Early bird offer £15 Per Student.
