Little Lambs Childminding

Our last Wednesday and Thursday!
We have enjoyed a morning at “fun school” with cloud dough, drawing on tin foil and cars and ramps. Today we went to east carlton to puck some lovely juicy blackberries which we washed and enjoyed for a snack and made some blackberry Jam with the rest.

I cannot Thank all our little ones and their families enough for the gifts and cards with lovely words, this has made us feel so happy as Izzy and I put our all into looking after each one of our Lambs it’s nice to feel appreciated so thank you 🐑☀️

We will miss our leavers dearly and we know they are so ready for their next adventures 🥹

Our last Monday And Tuesday!
We have enjoyed the garden with a find and search in rice, some cloud dough and making potions. Went to our favourite country park for a nature walk, play in the sand and an ice lolly. ☀️

What a week! We have absolutely had the best time! We have spent time exploring the woods, getting messy in the garden, baking beautiful banana flapjacks and playing with our friends. We have enjoyed the sunshine and welcomed the cooler mornings!
Only 2 weeks left until the holidays, this term has flown by thanks to all of our fantastic activities ☀️🌳🐑

Today we held our first annual garden party for our little lambs and their families. It was a fabulous morning where their parents got to see their children’s friendships and confidence within the setting. But most importantly the snacks, especially the watermelon, was high on the children’s agenda. I am so glad to have made the decision to host this as the grown ups enjoyed it just as much as the children, getting to talk to one another further than the doorstep.

Another Magical week with our Lambs.
We have celebrated the world cup with england flag inspired biscuits 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿, enjoyed the sunshine at some lovely country parks 🌳, we went to playgroup where we played with Ice and food in the play kitchen 🧊, we extended this learning into the afternoon where the children made their own wrap pizza’s 🍕

A week of outside activities whilst the weather was nice & not too hot! We enjoyed LOTS of messy play this week, especially exploring the paint with our hands and feet! It was very exciting to see the prints on the cardboard! We also enjoyed plenty of water play, filling up different containers and emptying them is one of our favourite pass times! 🌊🪣☀️

Happy Father’s Day!!! To all the Dad’s, Step-dad’s, Grandad’s, Uncles and Father figures that do their best in helping raise our little ones 😊👨👴. We hope you all have the best day doing whatever you love most 🩵

Today myself and a few other wonderful people completed and updated our paediatric first aid course with Reka from Daisy first aid! ⛑️🩹
It was a great day with lots of updated information and a nice refresh.
Reka offers parent classes, child classes and full first aid courses. Highly recommend that every one has some understanding of first aid as you never know when something might happen.
