We’re looking for an incredible collection of young people aged 14 – 18 to form Company 25: a brand-new Young Company for Theatre by the Lake.

Company 25 will work together to tell the theatre’s story – past, present and future as a celebration of 25 years of the Theatre. They’ll do this by co-creating and presenting a series of performances with leading theatre professionals and creatives.

We’re looking for young people from all walks of life, backgrounds, interests, and abilities, who are open to learning about all thing’s theatre, from producing to budgeting, marketing to performance, movement to music we can guarantee there’ll be an opportunity for everyone. All we ask is that you are committed, excited and enthusiastic about taking part.

Sessions are free and will take place on Wednesday evenings from 5pm -7.30pm here at Theatre by the Lake over 3 terms from September 2024 to July 2025. Applicants will need to attend a meet and greet day at theatre in June. Successful applicants will be encouraged to join us for a summer masterclass week to allow us to get to know you better. Each term will also include a master class weekend and tickets to the productions here at Theatre by the Lake. The final performances will take place in the Summer of 2025, dates TBC.
