We were delighted to see all of our children taking part in the 61st Kersey Village Produce Association Flower & Vegetable Show, proudly showing off their entries.

For us, being part of our village community is such an important part of school life. It’s wonderful to see our children joining in with the traditions and events that have brought the people of Kersey together for generations- and to see the school playing its part in village life too.

We’re so proud of all the children for getting involved and celebrating this lovely tradition with the wider Kersey community. 💚

At Kersey Primary, we are fortunate to have a school community where parents and carers play an active role in enriching children’s learning.

We welcome any parents who would like to come into school to share their skills, experiences, and expertise, helping to bring lessons to life and give pupils valuable insights into the wider world 🌍✨. From practical demonstrations to talks and hands-on activities, these experiences make learning more engaging, meaningful, and memorable.

Children benefit from seeing real-world applications of what they learn in school, while also gaining inspiration from the talents and careers within their own community 🌿

🐾 A special visit from Nelson! 🐾

Our wonderful school dog, Nelson, popped in to say hello to both our new and returning Acorn children today! It was lovely to see everyone enjoying some time with him, and Nelson was very happy to receive lots of attention, cuddles and fuss. ❤️

A lovely little visit to help our new Acorns feel welcome, while giving our current Acorn children the chance to catch up with their favourite four-legged friend! 🌱🐶

We would love to invite families looking for a Reception place for September 2027 to our Open Morning on Wednesday 21st October, 9am–12pm.

Our classrooms are looking better than ever! ✨🏫 Over the summer, our team have been busy getting everything ready, creating bright, welcoming and inspiring spaces for our children to learn, explore and grow. 📚🌿🎨 We’re so excited to see the children’s faces when they walk through the doors and discover their classrooms ready for another fantastic year! 💛✨

The summer holidays may be over, but the excitement is only just beginning! 🎒✨ We have an incredible year planned at Kersey, with so many exciting events already in the calendar. From 🍰 cake sales, 🎭 theatre trips, 🏃sports week and 🚜 digger visits to the much-anticipated Key Stage 2 Kersey Kip! 💤🌙 — there really is something for everyone!
