I am the Un-Professional life coach who does NOT proclaim to transform your life in 7 days, or in fact transform it in any way. I am merely opening my own life up to you, which will hopefully make you see that its normal to be a little on the crazy side. I will have the odd rant and the odd blog which just states to obvious but bear with me on this guys as i'm sure it will be worth the crack.... w
ho knows I may even teach myself (YOU) something along the way. This is MY journey into self reflection, self help... whatever you want to call it really. I will put all the self help techniques into practice, if at all possible, when trying to be Mum, Wife, House Keeper, Chef, College Lecturer. I have read a lot of good and not so good self help guides and watched a fair amount of CD's, listened to a fair amount of audios.... and yes you have guessed it. I do not have all my sh*tty ducks in a row... nor am I swimming in gold, nor is my life a bed of roses. However I am at a point where i am going to quit my not so bad job, to invest in myself?! God help me and what the outcome will be!! So guys, here is your invitation to watch, listen and get involved in what will either be a sheer fight to self help victory or self help disaster....
