📚👕 School Uniform Sale - Tomorrow! 👕📚

Don't forget that our School Uniform Sale is tomorrow (8th July), straight after school in the playground!

Thanks to the fantastic generosity of our school community, we'll have plenty of pre-loved uniform available, including jumpers, PE kits, and lots of other essential items.

Whether you're getting organised for September or just need to replace a few outgrown pieces, come along and see what's available. It's a great opportunity to pick up quality uniform at affordable prices while supporting our school community.

A huge thank you to everyone who donated - we couldn't do it without you.

👕 Uniform Donations Needed

We're getting ready for our School Uniform Sale on 8th July and would be so grateful for any uniform donations before 7th July.

If your child has any school uniform that has been outgrown or is no longer needed, we'd love to give it a new home. We are especially looking for school jumpers and P.E. kits, but all clean, good-quality uniform items are very welcome!

Drop off point is at the school reception.

Your donations help make school uniform more affordable for families in our community, and every contribution, big or small, makes a real difference.

🎉🪩 PTA SCHOOL DISCO IS BACK! 🪩🎉

📅 Thursday 2nd July
💷 £2 Entry – CASH ONLY

🕔 Session Times:
✨ Reception & Y1: 5:00pm – 5:45pm (Parents are welcome to stay.)
✨ Y2, Y3 & Y4: 6:00pm – 6:45pm
✨ Y5 & Y6: 7:00pm – 8:00pm

🍩 Tuck Shop (Cash Only): Sweets, drinks, treats & donuts!
🥤 Please bring a named drinks bottle to refill with squash and help us reduce plastic waste.

👋 For all children except Reception & Y1, please drop off and collect from the school hall at the finish time.

👕 Outgrown it? Donate it!
Have any school jumpers or PE kit that no longer fit? Bring your pre-loved uniform to the disco or drop it into school before 7th July. Donations will be sold at our Pre-Loved Uniform Sale on 8th July.

We can't wait to see everyone on the dance floor! 🕺✨💃

🍬 A huge thank you to everyone who made the last couple of events possible

A special shout-out to Mr H***e for organising and running the fantastic KS2 Slip & Slide. The children had an absolutely wild time and loved every minute of it! Your enthusiasm and effort made for a memorable afternoon of fun and laughter.

We’d also like to say a massive thank you to our amazing PTA volunteers - Jen, Laura, Kate, Maddy and Lucy - for running another brilliant Uniform Sale and Tuck Shop. We’re so lucky to have affordable uniform options available for our families, alongside those much-loved sweet treats! 🍭🍫

Events like these take a huge amount of planning, preparation and hard work behind the scenes, and we are incredibly grateful to everyone who gives up their time to support our school community.

Thank you all for helping make Ghyllside such a wonderful place for our children! ❤️

🍬 It’s Tuck Shop Time at Ghyllside! 🍬

We’re excited to let you know that the Ghyllside PTA will be holding a Tuck Shop and Uniform Sale on Wednesday 17th June, after school in the playground!

Come along and treat the children to some tasty goodies from the tuck shop while picking up some fantastic bargains from our pre-loved uniform sale. 👕🎒

It’s a great way to support the PTA and catch up with other families at the end of the school day. 😊

🎉 A huge thank you to all the families who came along to yesterday’s Spring Fair!
It was our first sunny day fair for a while, and it was especially lovely to see everyone’s happy faces. ☀️
A colossal effort from the entire team both before and during the day — with particular thanks to Laura Moss for stepping in and co-ordinating the event. 🙌
We rely so much on our community’s support, and this year we were able to offer more fun activities than ever before because of that.

All money raised goes directly back into supporting our children’s activities and events at school. 🏫

And the really brilliant bit… we raised £2,053.83!!! 🎊
Well done and thank you to all! x

There are still some of the most popular stalls and activities at this Fridays Spring Fair with not enough people to run them…😢😢 which means, sadly some may not go ahead 😱😱
The success of our PTA Spring Fair relies on our lovely community jumping in for an hour or two….
