Our Tromso, Norway ski touring trip was a triumph! 6 days of blue sky and sunshine, 6 magnificent summits attained by 6 lovely guests. Thanks team!!

Our final Chamonix winter course was a corker! 6 packed days of mountain medicine, avalanche rescue training and ski development in France, Italy and Switzerland) all leading up to an overnight visit on touring skis to the Hospice Grand St Bernard and then a summit above with great spring skiing 1300m down to the car park to round off a great week with a lovely group of humans! Thanks for photos and vids team. Huge thanks and good luck to the irrepressible Dr Anna Wallace , the indefatigable mountain guide Luc Bellon and the multitalented Dr Alex Reid .reid99 for his guest appearance. Next stop - Tromso!

A magnificent Mountain Medicine on Skis course last week in Chamonix. Brilliant group. Fabulous snow conditions. 4 days on/off piste training and 2 ski touring adventures. Very fun and engaged delegates. Evening medical lectures and mountain side practical training. Beers! Full on, immersive and mountain medicine, ski development and mountain safety focused. Big thanks to the WMT teaching team: guide Luc Bellon, .reid99 and Next course 28 February - one place available.

The Morocco MAX expedition lived up to its name. Our pan-European team embraced the remote rugged beauty, high altitude and wonderful culture and cuisine of Morocco while exploring many facets of wilderness medicine. The physical highlight was summit day on M’Goun 4071m - 11hrs, 1500m of ascent, 20km round trip including the most elegant 4km summit ridge. 100% success rate. This group is now now primed for further adventures and taking on the role of expedition medic. Huge thanks to Dr Anna Wallace for her creative teaching efforts and covering so much material in an engaging and interactive fashion. We will go back to this pristine corner of Morocco in 2026.

Practical outdoor skills, adventures and expert tuition range from canoeing to day hikes, navigation, bushcraft, rope work, wild cooking and much more.
